Warranty Policy

TRYSOLWYN provides a one-year limited warranty beginning on the confirmed delivery date.

Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide replacement parts, repair assistance, a replacement product, or a refund.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery
• Improper assembly, installation, maintenance, or storage
• Misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Damage caused by exceeding stated weight or usage limits
• Commercial use unless the product is expressly sold for commercial use
• Damage caused by moving or transporting the product after delivery

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
