Refund policy
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the order is delivered. Returns are accepted for defective products and ordinary change-of-mind purchases.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests are accepted before shipment. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to maximize the likelihood that it can be cancelled.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
- Include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components
- Not have been modified, damaged, or improperly assembled after delivery
- Include proof of purchase

Change-of-Mind Returns
For returns unrelated to damage, defects, or fulfillment errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
TRYSOLWYN does not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If the product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
After verification, TRYSOLWYN will provide an appropriate solution and cover all return shipping costs when a return is required.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of the result.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
